Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR at Diagnum Healthcare, located in Okhla South Delhi. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, formulating and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations. Additional responsibilities include payroll management, compliance enforcement, performance evaluations, and assisting with training and development strategies to foster a positive workplace environment and organizational growth.
Budget for this Role is 4 LPA and healthcare experience is MUST
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Expertise in HR policies, employee relations, and legal compliance within organizational frameworks.
- Proficiency in payroll management, performance evaluation, and employee benefits administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven abilities in conflict resolution and team collaboration.
- Experience in training and development programs is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA in HR will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
