Role Description The Assistant Manager – HR will support and manage end-to-end human resources functions to enable VOH’s mission and growing team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves handling recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee life cycle management. The role includes administering HR policies, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations and organizational standards. The Assistant Manager – HR will coordinate performance management activities, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to address workforce planning, resolve employee concerns, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Handling admin responsibilities, vendor management & CXOs calendar coordination etc.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software proficiency.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Knowledge of performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement practices.
- Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and relevant employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Capability to use MS Office tools and maintain accurate HR-related reports and data.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR role, preferably in the healthcare sector, is an advantage.
