Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HR, located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The role involves managing recruitment processes, employee engagement strategies, compliance with labor laws, and performance management systems. Responsibilities include designing and implementing human resource policies, overseeing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and facilitating employee training and development programs. The Assistant Manager HR will also play a key role in nurturing a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic HR initiatives of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of workforce management, performance appraisal, and employee engagement techniques
  • Proficiency in labor laws, compliance management, and policy implementation
  • Experience in organizing employee training and development initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resource management; experience in manufacturing or export industry is a plus
