Roles & Responsibilties
1. Execute the complete Employee Life Cycle Processes and maintain smooth functions across
all the level Grades for:-
A. Recruitment and Selection;
B. Induction and onboarding;
C. Exit and Retention Process
2. Discuss with every Department head, understand the Manpower needs, and perform the recruitment process accordingly.
Keep a check on the Recruitment TAT as well.
3. Contribute to HR policies development and ensure smooth implementation across the Organization.
Execute Buddy Referral Policy for hiring purposes.
4. Perform the Job Analysis for various positions and create the Job Description according to the roles, responsibilities, and authority (RRA)
5. Manage the Canteen, and execute the Employee transportation service accordingly.
Keep a check on the Month-on-Month expenses incurred.
6. Execute the performance evaluation and appraisal process for the Employees.
Record the Employee Feedback and inform the Management accordingly.
7. Perform all the HR functions and document the same -
- Joining Formalities
- Attendance
- Entry and Exit time
- Payroll Management
- Leaves
- Govt Policies and Benefits
- Employee welfare activities
- Employee Grievances
Focus on improving the Employee experience and work culture.
8. Regularly maintain the Safety Register and update it for the Management team.
- Ensure the availability of Medical First Aid in the Plant area.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team about refilling of Safety (PPE) Kits as required.
9. Manage the Labour Colony, maintain a safe and hygienic environment, ensure equipment functionality, infection control, and medical facilities, and ensure proper documentation.
10. Perform all the admin works
- Stakeholder Management
- Guest house booking
- Visitor Pass
- Housekeeping services & Security, etc
11. Provide support to every Department during learning and development programs.
12. Contribute to formulating performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
13. Maintain 5S standards in the departments and workshop area, ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace, and monitor systematic arrangement of tools, equipment, and materials.
