📢 We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager HR / HR Executive (Labour Compliance) 📢
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) (Based on Experience)
🏭 Experience: Minimum 5-8 Years in HR Compliance / Payroll / Labour Laws
⏰ Shift Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM | 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
1. Labour Law Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws such as Minimum Wages Act, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus Act, and Gratuity Act.
• Stay updated with Central and State Government labour regulations and implement required changes at site level.
• Act as the go-to person for compliance-related guidance for HR, operations, and site teams.
2. Payroll & Statutory Calculations
• Good understanding of Payroll processing, including Overtime (OT) calculations, arrears, PF, ESI, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure correct salary structuring and statutory compliance as per labour laws.
• Handle PF & ESI related queries, challans, returns, and reconciliation.
3. Documentation & Record Management
• Maintain statutory registers and documents as required under Factories Act / CLRA / Labour Laws.
• Maintain proper records, compliance trackers, and audit trails.
5. Labour Inspection & Audits
• Support and manage labour department inspections and statutory audits.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with inspectors / authorities.
• Track and close observations and non-compliance issues.
6. Compliance Reporting
• Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for management.
• Validate manpower compliance invoices against statutory requirements.
• Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Site Teams to ensure full compliance.
