About the Role:
To strengthen the Corporate HR function by driving technology-enabled HR execution across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, analytics, and process automation. The role is designed for a high-energy HR professional who is comfortable using AI tools, HRMS platforms, dashboards, automation workflows, and digital communication systems to improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding documentation using job portals, LinkedIn, and AI-based hiring tools.
→ Outcome: Faster hiring turnaround, better candidate quality, and smooth joining experience.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, letters, attendance inputs, joining and exit formalities, and day-to-day HR documentation with high accuracy.
→ Outcome: Error-free HR records and process discipline.
- HRMS & Digital Process Management: Update HRMS, trackers, dashboards, and employee databases; support automation and digital workflow improvement.
→ Outcome: Real-time data visibility, better reporting, and efficient HR coordination.
- MIS & Analytics: Prepare HR reports on hiring, attendance, attrition, leave, and employee data; use Excel, dashboards, and AI tools for insights.
→ Outcome: Timely management reports and better decision support.
- Employee Engagement Coordination: Support engagement activities, communication, feedback collection, and employee connect initiatives.
→ Outcome: Improved employee participation and positive workplace culture.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Assist in implementing HR policies, documentation standards, and basic statutory compliance coordination.
→ Outcome: Better policy adherence and organized compliance records.
- Learning & Development Coordination: Coordinate training schedules, attendance, feedback, and training data records.
→ Outcome: Smooth execution of learning initiatives and updated training records.
- Cross-Functional HR Coordination: Work closely with department heads, employees, and vendors for manpower requests, documentation, and HR follow-up.
→ Outcome: Strong internal coordination and ontime HR support.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good exposure to HRMS, Excel, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools for sourcing, drafting, screening, reporting, and productivity improvement.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate with MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, pipes, metals, or the industrial sector preferred.
- Knowledge of head-hunting, LinkedIn hiring, job portals, MIS reporting, and basic labour law compliance.
