Responsibilities
- Lead and execute HR special projects aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
- Prepare and manage HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, hiring status, and engagement scores
- Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and documentation
- Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to company HR practices
- Facilitate internal communication and culture-building activities
- Provide support in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Desired Profile
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 4 – 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
- Strong experience in HR MIS, reporting, and data analysis
- Exposure to employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems/tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
