Assistant Manager – HR (Recruitment)

Rama University is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – HR (Recruitment) to lead end-to-end hiring processes for faculty and non-teaching staff. The role requires strong expertise in academic recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for faculty and staff positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews (virtual & face-to-face)
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Handle offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Build strong talent pipelines for academic and administrative roles
- Ensure compliance with university norms and hiring policies

Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech / University / Education sector)
- Strong understanding of academic hiring (faculty recruitment)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field preferred
