Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Operations:
· Act as the key HR point of contact for all manufacturing units, aligning local HR activities with corporate HR strategy.
· Drive HR policies, systems, and initiatives in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
· Lead the manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for plant.
Qualifications:
· MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
· Preference for candidates with experience in the chemical / process / paints manufacturing industry
