Assistant Manager - HR
We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Mutual Fund Industry and looking for a Assistant Manager - HR with 2-7 years of experience in the Mutual Fund Industry/wealth advisory/ Financial Services.
Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking / Financial Services hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Asset Management and Wealth Management verticals (Sales, Investments, Operations, Research, Compliance, Support Functions).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and compliance standards.
- Skill sets:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting to different audiences verbally in writing and in presentation format
- High process orientation and people oriented.
- Strong employee relations.
- Excellent in MS Office products like Word, Excel, Power point
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or Equivalent Qualification
- Total Experience of 5 years.
- Relevant Experience of minimum 2-4 Yrs.
