Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Assistant Manager - Housing Loan Sales. The role involves managing the housing loan sales process, assisting customers with loan-related inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing a portfolio of housing loan accounts, evaluating customer eligibility, providing expert advice on loan products, and meeting sales targets. The Assistant Manager is also expected to regularly interact with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Loans, Loan Servicing, and general Finance principles
- Experience in Portfolio Management, with the ability to manage and grow housing loan accounts
- Proven Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, communication, and client relationship management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in financial tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the housing finance or banking sector is highly desirable
