Assistant Manager - Hospitality Recruitment
Location: Faridabad, Haryana (Full-time)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 9 hours per day
Role OverviewEliteButlers Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager – Hospitality Recruitment to lead and strengthen our recruitment vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle while mentoring team members and ensuring superior client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with refined client management skills, maintaining EliteButlers’ hallmark of discretion, quality, and premium service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Understand complex client requirements and translate them into structured hiring strategies.
- Draft refined, detailed job descriptions aligned with UHNI and luxury household expectations.
- Lead sourcing efforts through job portals, premium networks, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Conduct advanced screening and competency-based interviews to assess skill, grooming standards, cultural alignment, and discretion.
- Review and finalize polished candidate profiles before client submissions.
- Manage client communication, interview coordination, trials, negotiations, and closures.
- Drive timely closures of mid-to-senior level roles including Butlers, House Managers, Private Chefs, Lifestyle Managers, and Corporate Hospitality professionals.
- Mentor junior recruiters and ensure recruitment SOP adherence.
- Track KPIs, maintain database hygiene, and monitor pipeline health.
- Handle sensitive hiring mandates with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury services, executive search, or UHNI staffing.
- Prior experience in team handling or recruitment leadership is preferred.
