Job Description
- EFM alerts assigned are attended to / resolved in real time or as close to the alert generation.
- All alerts must be prioritized basis alert prioritization guidelines.
- Action and dispose of an alert quickly, once it is assigned/reviewed. Exceptions include alerts requiring follow-ups and instances where a customer query or ECDD is raised.
- Gather, record, and securely retain evidence relating to an investigation in accordance with the laid down guidelines of FP&I Division.
- Ensure that all investigations and applicable actions are completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Manage payment screening through the NLS filters on Saturdays and holidays.
- Accurately document all actions taken on an alert and update in Intelligent Case Management System (ICMS) on the same day of alert review.
- Preparate and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS as assigned.
- Timely monitor the common mailbox daily and take appropriate actions on the emails
