Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions in the FMCG sector.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the organization.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and interpret financial data.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Support the preparation of presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Manager FP&A should have:
- Qualified CA with 3 to 8 years of experience
- A strong understanding of financial planning and analysis in the FMCG industry/Pharma Industry
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and regulations.
