JOB PROFILE: Asst. Manager - Modern Trade, FMCG Div.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Account Management and Growth:
Handle all MT chains
Develop and Grow business across all MT chains through range expansion, distribution and visibility
Joint Business Planning:
Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Planing with all MT chains
Allign on targets, investments, promotions, New launches and catagory initiatives
Operations and Supply Chain:
Ensure smooth operations of MT delivering across all chains.
coordinate with Logistics and supply chain for timely and accurate order fulfilment
Trade Marketing & Execution:
Plan and execute on store visibility.
Financial Management:
Handle inward payment follow ups and reconciliation for all MT accounts
Manage Debit note details, ensure timely submission and track calim settlements.
