Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance & Hygiene position located in New Delhi (with Pan India Travel). The Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance & Hygiene will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with established policies, procedures, and specifications. This position will collaborate with the operations team in performing hygiene and sanitation audits, maintaining operating standards, and ensuring timely corrective action is taken for non-conformance issues.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in food safety/technology, microbiology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene practices
- Knowledge of best practices in food safety processes, hygiene, and sanitation
- Experience in implementation of ISO 22000:2018, FSMS, HACCP, and FSSAI regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize objectives
- Knowledge of MS Office and data management skills
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
