KwikShip is GoKwik’s logistics and shipping intelligence product, built to help brands deliver faster, reduce RTO, improve delivery success rates, and optimise shipping costs at scale. As KwikShip grows across geographies and volume, cloud infrastructure becomes a critical lever for profitability, performance, and scalability.This role will ensure our cloud spend stays predictable and optimised while enabling engineering teams to scale responsibly. You will work closely with Engineering, Platform, Finance, and Product to drive cost visibility, forecasting, governance, and continuous cloud cost improvements.
What You’ll Own
- Own end-to-end Courier-FinOps vertical including daily COD remittance operations ,courier reconciliation,ledger recon with couriers, weight discrepancies, billing & revenue management and process automation and other process activities associated with Fin Ops vertical.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition for shipments, dynamic pricing models, and commissions.
- Monitor unbilled shipments, cancellations, chargebacks, and deductions from partners.
- Strengthen controls to prevent revenue leakage and financial misreporting.
- Manage daily cash inflows from shippers/customers and outflows to partners.
- Analyze partner payouts, incentives, and operational efficiencies to optimize margins
- Actively manage receivables and reduce collection cycles
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation for billing, reconciliation, and partner settlements.
- Partner with tech/product teams to strengthen ERP and logistics finance workflows.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and management reports
- Participate in internal audits and support statutory audit requirements.
- Define and track FinOps KPIs, savings delivered, and efficiency improvements over time
- Lead and mentor a finance operations team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accountability
- Drive ownership mindset and process discipline in a fast-paced aggregator environment.
Who You Are
- 5–8 years of experience in the FinOps vertical with exposure to logistics aggregator operations and accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of freight costing ,Weight management, contract billing and daily remittance.
- Exposure to automation tools for reconciliation and remittances.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.
- Exposure to startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive governance without slowing execution
