Role Description

As the Assistant Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for preparing financial plans, analyzing financial performance, conducting budgeting and forecasting, and developing financial models to support business decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proven Analytical Skills, including interpreting financial data and deriving insights
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain financial data effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance is a plus
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software; advanced Excel skills required
• Experience in financial services or a similar industry is advantageous
