Position:Assistant Manager (Finance)
Location: Gurugram
Overview : Working closely with other Finance team members in the Revenue team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue-related accounting entries in Oracle ERP, including sales, collections, refunds, and balance adjustments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and track cash inflows across channels on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Document accounting processes and policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Monitor accounting & GST requirements.
- Supervise junior team members.
- Handle TDS/TCS calculations and support general ledger closures and revenue reconciliation.
Requirements:
- CMA/CA/MBA (Finance)
- 1–5 years of experience in a startup in a similar role
- Go-getter with a strong team-player attitude
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite/SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid accounting knowledge with clear conceptual understanding
