Assistant Manager FinanceWhite Rivers Mediafull-timeRequired skillsaccountingend-to-endmicrosoft excelAbout the role White Rivers Media Website: whiteriversmedia.com Job details: Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or accounting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure accurate accounting of all business transactions, including revenue and expenses Manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients and businesses by ensuring all required documentation such as agreements, POs, and approvals are in place Track all transactions, both existing and new, and ensure timely billing along with accurate accounting of GST and TDS receivables Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure payments are received as per agreed timelines and terms Manage vendor lifecycle by ensuring timely receipt, verification, and accounting of invoices, and processing payments as per timelines and cash flow status Ensure accurate accounting of TDS and proper reflection of GST input credits Prepare and maintain cost sheets for ongoing activities and evaluate overall profitability Collaborate with internal teams such as the video team to plan and budget cost sheets before execution, and conduct variance analysis post execution Conduct monthly audits of media spends to ensure all activities are billed and aligned with planned budgets Prepare monthly cash flow statements for the respective cluster and take corrective actions for any deviations Maintain and analyse monthly P&L statements, identify trends, and recommend course corrections Track and monitor DSO and debtor cycles to ensure healthy cash flow Identify gaps and implement improved processes, systems, and internal controls Analyse financial variances, identify improvement areas, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize performance Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency Click on Apply to know more.
