Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Perform invoice booking and pass accurate accounting entries.
- Handle end-to-end marketplace accounting for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
- Reconcile marketplace payouts and settlements with internal records.
- Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.
- Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and support month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in invoice processing and accounting entries.
- Mandatory experience in marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Good understanding of marketplace payout reconciliation processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Tally.
- Knowledge of GST and indirect taxation preferred.
- Experience in vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
