Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Other responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, assisting with audits, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Compliance
- Expertise in Accounting Software and ERP systems
- Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Decision-Making skills
- Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA/CPA/MBA Finance certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
