Incumbent of this position will be responsible for:
- Financial Control and reporting includes prepare timely and accurate financial information (e.g P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow, working capital) in accordance with US GAAP and Indian GAAP.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to gather input and ensure accuracy.
- Review, assess and approve all processes with financial implications to ensure accuracy, compliance and alignment with organizational policies and controls.
- Expertise in Controllership, record-to report (R2R), procure to pay (P2P), Inventory accounting.
- Conduct in- depth financial information, including variance analysis, profitability analysis and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentation, dashboard for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Support the long-range planning process, contributing to the development of strategic financial goals and objectives.
- Establishing Internal control and providing accurate information to auditors,
- Provide accurate information to file financial information with US TAX authorities compliance.
- Dealing with Insurance agencies to renew the insurances.
- Maintaining Product pricing and ensuring accurate sales billing to customers.
- Capex budgeting and revex budgetary controls.
- Dealing with banks for borrowings and ensuring .
- Mentor and potentially manage junior finance analysts, fostering their professional development
Experience Level : 5 to 10 years preferred
Qualification : CA / CMA qualified
Nature of Experience :
Strong experience in Finance & Controllership within a Manufacturing Industry, handling financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and compliance activities. Exposure to India and US finance operations with good knowledge of US GAAP and Indian GAAP. Experience in ERP systems, audits, costing, treasury, and cross-functional business partnering is preferred
