- Support profitability improvement initiatives and recommend pricing strategies based on profitability analysis
- Identify Cost optimization oppurtunities
Management Reports & Business Partnering
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Monthly Presentations & Reports - providing insights highlighting +ve's & -ve's for the period & qualititative analysis and commentaries.
- Act as a Finance partner to Sales & Marketing, Purchase & Operations team by providing decision support through data-backed insights
Group Reporting, Treasury Compliances
- Magnitude packages - Detailed review of RM packages updated by FSSC, updating of SVA and PVA package Budget & RF packages
- Ensuring adequate hedging status & review of all treasury related operations
- Updation of Ancilliary portals - PDBI & Compliance
Competition Analysis
- Analyse published numbers of Competitors - by analysing growth trends & Segments
- Creating a shadow P&L for comparison with our P&L
- Tracking Imports & Exports of competitors
- Submission of required documents to the authorities for ADD/QCO
