Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing budgets, managing financial reporting, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Assistant Manager Finance will collaborate with different departments to monitor expenses, optimize financial processes, and support the senior management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong foundations in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Financial Management Tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Problem-solving skills, Detail Orientation, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaison with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
- Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
