Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Assistant Manager Finance. The role involves supporting financial planning and analysis, preparing budgets, managing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing day-to-day financial operations. The Assistant Manager Finance will also assist in developing financial strategies, liaise with stakeholders, and monitor financial performance against objectives to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting skills with a proven ability to create and analyze financial statements
- Proficiency in financial management systems and tools, and expertise in compliance with regulatory standards
- Capability to perform financial forecasting, risk analysis, and ensuring effective cost control
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities
- Prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
