Role Overview
Kazam is looking for a driven and hands-on Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to take end-to-end ownership of finance operations while contributing to the company’s growth
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
● Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
● Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance
● Handle audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations
● Take complete ownership of finance processes and continuously improve them
● Support operational finance needs in a fast-paced startup environment
● Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the CFO based on performance
Candidate Profile
● 3-7+ years of relevant experience
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
● Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance functions
● Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities
● High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
