Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Assistant Manager Finance, based in Hosur. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing the financial budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing reports on financial performance, monitoring financial risks, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves liaising with auditors, optimizing budgets, cash flow management, and supporting financial decision-making processes to ensure organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Risk Management
- Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Software, and Data Analysis
- Understanding of Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit Activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
