Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as Assistant Manager Finance, based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and management of financial records. Core responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in audits. The role also involves overseeing accounts, managing cash flow, and collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
- Strong expertise in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting
- Solid understanding of Taxation, Financial Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Strong attention to detail with skills in Data Interpretation and Problem Solving
- Proficiency in Financial Software and tools such as accounting systems or ERP
- Team collaboration skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance is a plus)
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry
