Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to join our team at our Lucknow location on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role where the candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks to ensure accurate financial management. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to identify improvement opportunities, managing payroll processes, and participating in audits to maintain the company's financial standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management
  • Proven ability to use financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
  • Prior experience in hospitality or service industry finance is an advantage
