Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance, located in the Pune Division. The Assistant Manager Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and accounting processes for the organization. The role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, assessing financial risks, managing expenses, and conducting budget analyses. The role also includes close collaboration with other departments to improve financial performance and adherence to corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Expertise in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Analysis
- Advanced skills in software tools like Excel, Accounting Software (e.g., Tally, SAP), and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing sectors or relevant industries is a strong advantage
