What we're looking for:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with billing, reconciliation, TDS, and GST processes
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in logistics/operations-heavy industries is a plus
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core finance and accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and knowledge of accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with finance tools and ERP or accounting software, along with solid Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls to ensure accurate records and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing industries is beneficial, as is prior exposure to cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
