Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Finance, located at Cyrix Healthcare’s headquarters in Kochi, Kerala. The Assistant Manager - Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and accuracy in reporting. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and supporting management with strategic financial analysis. The role also involves cash flow management, risk assessment, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial goals are met efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent skills in financial analysis, cash flow management, and risk assessment
  • Experience in using financial software and advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an added advantage
  • Prior experience in healthcare or MedTech sectors is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and independently when required
