We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Finance (NBFC / STPL)
Location: Connaught Place (CP), Delhi
Industry: NBFC / Digital Lending / Fintech
Experience: 3–4 Years
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in NBFCs, FinTechs, or Digital Lending companies, particularly in Short-Term Personal Loans (STPL), and possess strong financial and accounting expertise, we'd love to connect.
Please Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in NBFC/STPL Finance & Accounting. Profiles from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, loan transactions, and financial records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial record maintenance.
- Own loan book management, including Loan accounting, Finance management, Financial reporting, Portfolio reconciliation, Regulatory and financial compliance.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support business and leadership decisions.
- Handle financial statement preparation, book management, month-end closing activities, and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure seamless financial processes and data integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting within an NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization.
- Strong knowledge of loan book accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and lending operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
