Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Finance team, based in Bengaluru, to oversee and enhance financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring statutory compliance. The Assistant Manager will also work closely with the senior finance team to develop strategies for financial growth and manage the internal control systems.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial analysis and business accounting
- Experience with financial systems and accounting software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior finance team and non-financial stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Proficiency with software such as MS Excel and accounting platforms
- Experience in the food retail or fast-food industry is an added advantage
