We are looking for a qualified and driven Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about finance, reporting, compliance, and business analysis, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis for management review and strategic decision-making.
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments for financial data consolidation, reconciliations, and operational support.
🔹 Prepare management presentations, business analysis reports, and financial dashboards for leadership discussions.
🔹 Play an active role in accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closure activities.
🔹 Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliances, and preparation of supporting schedules/documentation.
🔹 Support finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, compliance adherence, and overall departmental operations.
Desired Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
✔ Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
