Role Description

The Assistant Manager Finance Account will be responsible for overseeing financial and account management activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing efficient financial processes. The role involves managing client accounts, providing financial statements and analysis, coordinating with sales teams, and maintaining high-quality customer service. They will also lead and mentor a team to ensure goals are met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in core financial operations and Finance management
  • Expertise in Account Management and handling customer accounts
  • Experience in Customer Service and creating positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of Sales and ability to support revenue-driving objectives
  • Skills in Team Management to lead, guide, and mentor a team effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CA/CPA/MBA preferred)
  • Previous experience in the facilities management industry will be an added advantage
