Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Assistant Manager Finance Account. The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients for account management, supporting sales teams, leading and managing a team effectively, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management with an understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales with experience in managing client relationships
- Team Management skills with the ability to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
