Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Assistant Manager Finance Account. The role involves managing financial operations, overseeing account management processes, coordinating with sales teams, handling customer service needs, and supervising team performance. The Assistant Manager will support the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive organizational growth and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Proficient in Account Management with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Customer Service, maintaining client relations, and addressing financial queries
- Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales teams for revenue growth
- Proven leadership and Team Management skills to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficiency with financial software and tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory
