Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance Account located in Gurugram. The responsibilities of this position include managing financial records, overseeing account management, supporting sales processes, maintaining excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve organizational objectives. The Assistant Manager Finance Account will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Finance and Account Management
• Proficiency in Sales processes and Customer Service practices
• Experience in Team Management and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• A professional finance or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is advantageous
