Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Facilities will beresponsible for supporting the overall management and maintenance of facilitiesoperations. This role ensures smooth functioning of building infrastructure,vendor coordination, compliance with safety standards, and implementation ofcost-effective solutions to enhance workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-dayfacility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Coordinate with vendors andservice providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor energy usage andimplement initiatives for cost optimization and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with health,safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support preventive maintenanceschedules to minimize downtime.
- Handle facility-related queriesand provide prompt resolutions to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on facilityperformance and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in FacilitiesManagement, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience infacility operations or management.
- Knowledge of building systems,safety standards, and vendor management.
Skills
- Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office andfacility management software.
- Problem-solving anddecision-making capabilities.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary for the Senior Building Engineer position is $125,000 - $135,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
