Role Description
The Assistant Manager/Executive – Business Development Manager (Parivartan) will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand market reach. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and executing sales strategies. The role will also involve monitoring business growth metrics, assisting with challenges faced by existing clients, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve aligned targets. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Haryana, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development and market research to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills to foster sustainable partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to make data-driven decisions and monitor growth initiatives.
- Project management and leadership skills for collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the agri-business, livestock, or poultry sector is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Haryana, India.
