Job Title: AM – Event (Pan-India)Role Summary
The Event Operations will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across multiple cities. The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, budgeting expertise, and on-ground execution capabilities to ensure seamless delivery of brand-aligned events that drive engagement, footfall, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Strategy
● Develop annual and quarterly event calendars aligned with business goals.
● Conceptualize event themes and formats in collaboration with the entire marketing team.
● Identify target cities, venues, and audience segments.
● Prepare detailed project plans including timelines and milestones.
● Ensure alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
2. Budgeting & Financial Management
● Prepare detailed event budgets and obtain approvals.
● Optimize costs through vendor negotiation and strategic planning.
● Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
● Track vendor payments and maintain financial documentation.
● Evaluate cost vs. ROI post event.
3. Vendor Management
● Identify, onboard, and manage event vendors (production, décor, logistics, artists, technical teams, etc.).
● Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
● Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
● Maintain a preferred vendor database.
● Monitor vendor performance and quality standards.
4. Event Execution (On-Ground & Virtual)
● Manage end-to-end event execution across locations.
● Oversee logistics including venue setup, branding, manpower, and equipment.
● Coordinate with store teams and regional managers.
● Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
● Troubleshoot real-time issues during events.
● Travel extensively for on-ground supervision.
5. Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination
● Work closely with Marketing for promotions, creatives, and campaigns.
● Coordinate with Finance for budget approvals and settlements.
● Align with Operations and Sales teams for event readiness.
● Ensure communication flow between Head Office and city teams.
6. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis
● Prepare detailed post-event reports.
● Track KPIs such as footfall, lead generation, sales impact, and brand engagement.
● Analyze ROI and suggest improvements.
● Maintain documentation for audits and future reference.

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
● 7+ years of experience in event operations or event management
● Experience managing multi-city or large-scale events preferred
● Willingness to travel extensively
