Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager, Event Operations. The role involves overseeing event logistics, creating and managing event schedules, coordinating with various teams and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of events, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Assistant Manager will also handle budgeting tasks, monitor event performance, and ensure all activities align with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Event Planning
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in event management or a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of the experiential marketing and events industry in Mumbai is a plus
