Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager EPR based in Bhiwandi. The Assistant Manager EPR will be responsible for overseeing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, managing task execution related to e-waste operations, and ensuring alignment with legal and environmental standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, liaising with regulatory bodies, optimizing processes, and contributing to the improvement of sustainable practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance and knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation to support compliance and sustainability efforts.
- Knowledge of waste management practices, e-waste processing, and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related management tools is advantageous.
