Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an Assistant Manager - Employee Engagement, Performance Matrices, and Training. The role involves driving employee engagement initiatives, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, and ensuring alignment with labor and employment laws. The Assistant Manager will also focus on conducting effective training programs and creating a productive work environment that fosters growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and Performance Management systems for driving organizational efficiency.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and execute employee training programs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in handling HR operations within the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous.
