Job details:
Asst EHS Manager.
Supports implementation of comprehensive EHS programs across JLL-managed properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct facility audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver EHS training programs to employees, contractors, and occupants
- Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills
- Track EHS metrics, maintain compliance documentation and reporting
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and clients on safety matters
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 3-5 years EHS experience (commercial real estate/facilities preferred)
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHMM)
- Experience with EHS management software
- Multi-site or client-facing environment experience
Reports to EHS Manager/Director. May require travel to multiple properties.
