Job Opening: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Safety (Corporate - Gurgaon)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Safety professional to manage client safety audit preparedness and drive structured safety systems across operations. The role focuses on documentation, site readiness, and strengthening safety processes through training and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting and facing client safety audit (CSM compliance -IS 14089)
· Site safety and audit readiness in coordination with site safety officer
· Development and implementation of site wise SOPs and safety manuals
· Conduct safety trainings and awareness programs
· MIS reporting and safety data tracking
· Driver BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) programs
· Support digital safety initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1+ years of relevant experience
· Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
· Technically sound with ability to quickly learn new software/tools
· Qualification: PGDIS / B.Tech (Mechanical + Safety)
· NEBOSH certification preferred

· Strong ownership and execution capability
· Attention to detail and process orientation
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Quick learner with adaptability to new systems
