Work across internal and client teams to define requirements and develop robust solutions. Oversee proof-of-concept and minimum viable product development and manage production deployments Provide expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and product lifecycle management. Track industry trends and introduce new technology aligned with business strategies. Mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions. Present recommendations and project status to senior leadership and client stakeholders. 5–15 years of experience in solution delivery, product development, AI/ML, or digital transformation. Proven record in designing and deploying AI-based products. Proficiency in machine learning, cloud services (Azure/AWS), Python, SQL, and related tools. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience managing full product lifecycles in cross-functional or consulting settings. Exposure to Agile methodologies and digital strategy. Knowledge and implementation of AI frameworks deep learning, and enterprise solution architecture. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with creativity and resilience.
