Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include developing and managing social media campaigns, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring website analytics, coordinating digital advertising efforts, and ensuring alignment with the foundation’s branding and mission. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the foundation's initiatives and impact.

Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Content Creation: Experience in developing and optimizing content for web, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data platforms to measure digital performance.
  • Creative and Design Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design and content presentation tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop immersive narratives for digital audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with website management, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and basic HTML.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Prior experience with social impact or non-profit organizations is advantageous.
